INDIVIDUAL SOVEREIGNTY

How can we shape character such that it is an honest reflection of the individual’s sovereignty and moral good as a contribution to the group’s sovereignty?  How can we align character of right intention with character of moral action, value of others and ethical decision?

How do we handle character? Do we treat it separately from good or bad action? Should we treat it separately? How do we empower leaders and feed character guided by ethics?  We can do so such that nobility-guided ethics lives and breathes in our decisions during ease and challenge.

We need to move out as a collective of student leaders and leverage peer leadership.  We can reflect themes of the Just War Tradition by exercising the cycle of enriching practitioners with philosophical theory and discourse; promoting introspection, thereby re-defining duties as practitioners.

A foundation in theory and discourse makes way for an enduring moral force and commitment.  Just as an honor code serves as representation of such commitment; reflection and inquiry represent theoretical enrichment and an enduring moral force.

Culture: it begins and ends here.  It trumps strategy at every turn, and we are sound in our focus on it as an agent of our future.

What is our culture?  What is the emerging culture?

We can circumvent a surfacing trend of “avoiding getting caught” to one of collective sovereignty nurtured and founded in individual sovereignty.  Not anonymity, but individual ownership of the good, the right, the just decision, and the just action.

We can evolve as a collection of symphonic advisors, planners, theorists and leaders; each individual directed by the moral good within as a reflection of the company’s moral force; taking action consistent in an endeavor for critical, creative and ethical reasoning, as building blocks for  limitless bounds of business.
